ORDER QUESTIONS

If I find a book on your website, does that mean that it is in stock at your store?

Maybe! If you're shopping on our site, each book's listing will tell you if the book is On our Shelves Now (in-stock), Not on Our Shelves - But Available for Shipment, or Out of Stock. If a book is listed as "On Our Shelves Now" the page will also show how many copies we have on hand and at which shop they're located. However, the online inventory is only updated once a day, so the best way to find out if something is on our shelves is to give us a call at 707.733.3199 or email us at read@napabookmine.com.

When will I get my books?

For in-stock orders we aim to get you your books in 1-2 business days, though the delivery time depends on the shipping method you select. For special orders or items that are Out of Stock we will give you an approximate date of arrival. If you're ordering for in-store pickup, we will also let you know when your books have arrived. If you need an order by a specific date, please let us know by leaving a note in the order comments field, calling 707.733.3199, or emailing us at read@napabookmine.com.

What do I do if I need to return books?

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you will receive a refund if new books are returned in like new condition within 14 days. Used books can only be returned for trade-in store credit. View our returns policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit card types (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and local checks along with a valid California Driver's License. Due to COVID-19 we request that you do not pay in cash.

I have books I'd like to get rid of, can I bring them to you?

Customers are welcome to trade-in books Tuesday-Saturday from 10:00AM - 5:00PM. You do not need an appointment, but we do recommend giving us a call at 707.733.3199 ahead of time to let us know you're coming. View our trade-in policy.
