ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Amisha Dodhia Gurbani is a computer engineer, recipe developer, photographer, food blogger, and the creator of The Jam Lab. Born in Mumbai, she moved to the United States in 1999. She lives in the Bay Area with her family. Through her blog and popular Instagram account, she teaches readers to play with sweet, spicy, sour, and savory flavors, inspired by her Indian and Gujarati heritage.

 

 

 

ABOUT EMMA K. MORRIS

Morris is a visionary photographer, stylist & creative director. Entirely self-taught, her clients include dozens of California's best restaurants, wineries, and resorts.In her past lives, Emma scouted bands for Sony Music, curated a nonprofit alternative art space, and directed the marketing and branding department for one of the nation's largest United Arts Funds.

Her work has been featured in internationally-released books and dozens of publications including Vogue, San Francisco Chronicle, Architectural Digest, Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, Forbes, and many more. She is currently photographing the upcoming book The Sonoma Table.
