Michael Slack // Story Time on the Oxbow Market Back Deck

Born and raised in Napa, Michael Slack is an artist, illustrator, and character designer. His character driven humorous art has been recognized by Society of Illustrators Los Angeles, Applied Arts, Pictoplasma, Computer Arts, and SBS Digital Design. Michael’s illustrations have appeared in books, magazines, and on TV.  His paintings and drawings have been exhibited in the U.S. and Europe. Currently Michael is fulfilling one of his life long dreams of illustrating children’s picture books, and he'll be reading from two of them on the gorgeous back deck of the Oxbow! We're excited to welcome Michael back to Napa Bookmine with this special summer outdoor story time! The reading will take place at 10:30 and will be followed immediately by a signing, then Michael will move into our shop for another hour of signing for those who can't make it to story time.
