Bookmine Resilience Reading List
Welcome to the Bookmine Resilience Reading List!
With school closures and prolonged distance-learning taking place throughout Napa County due to COVID-19, we know so many parents and caretakers in our community now facing the daily challenges of homeschooling, childcare, stress management, and beyond.
Our friends at the Cope Family Center had the great idea to put together a list of books that can provide guidance for managing stress, dealing with homeschooling, and building resilience during difficult times. The Bookmine Resilience Reading List is just that! Scroll down to view our curated list of resilience-focused literature, including titles for both adults and children alike.
The first section of the list contains books specifically for parents and caretakers. The second portion of the list are books for children and young adults featuring resilient characters navigating difficult situations.
All titles listed can be purchased here on our website for shipment, local delivery, or curbside pickup.
